Master Account means an account created for the first time to log in to use the system and has the right to manage payment methods, including creating and managing child accounts.
Child Account means an account created by the master account. To use the system in accordance with the authority granted by the main account.
Credit means the virtual currency that the user can use to send messages via the THAIFASTSMS system and cannot be exchanged for cash or other values
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Your use of the website www.thaifastsms.com is considered as confirmation that you accept all of the stated terms and conditions and create legal obligations as set out. If you do not wish to accept the aforementioned terms and conditions of service, please stop accessing the website www.thaifastsms.com and refrain from using any online services under the THAIFASTSMS website
If you continue to use the website, the company will assume that you have agreed to all terms and conditions and agree that these terms are legally binding.
Changes to Terms and Conditions of Service
THAIFASTSMS reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions stated on the THAIFASTSMS website, including specific terms and conditions set out on any THAIFASTSMS website.

Account Requirements
1. Registration and Data Update
When users register to create an account for login, users must provide true, correct and complete information and update the information to be current throughout the service usage period.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their account name and password confidential. Passwords should be highly secure, difficult to guess, and not the same as passwords used on other websites. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by stolen or hacked passwords, even if the user has notified us.
3. Account Usage Responsibility
Users are responsible for any activities or actions that occur through their main account, including child accounts created under the main account.
4. Personal Account Usage
All user accounts (both main and child accounts) belong to the account owner alone and cannot be transferred or allowed to be used by outsiders.
5. Account Suspension or Deletion
THAIFASTSMS reserves the right to suspend or delete a user’s account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated or behaved in a manner that violates the terms and conditions.
6. Termination of Service Rights
When a user’s account is deleted or canceled, the right to use the service will immediately terminate. And the account cannot be recovered for any reason whatsoever. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any damages that occur.
7. Voluntary account deletion
The user can cancel his/her account if he/she does not wish to use the service any longer by contacting Customer Support (Admin) through all channels provided.
This message is enforced to ensure that the use of the account is secure and in full compliance with the terms of THAIFASTSMS
Terms of Use
Users must strictly comply with the following rules throughout the use of THAIFASTSMS services:
1. Do not send messages or conduct any activities that are insulting to the monarchy.
2. Do not send messages or conduct activities that may cause damage or deterioration to the monarchy. 3. Do not send messages or conduct activities
that are damaging to the country.
4. Do not send messages or conduct activities that are insulting to other people, groups of people, or outsiders.
5. Do not send messages or conduct activities that may cause distress or annoyance to the recipient or other people.
6. Do not send false messages that may cause damage to other people or the company
. 7. Do not send forged messages, distort information, or cause misunderstanding.
8. Do not send messages or conduct any activities that are against the law.
9. Do not send messages or conduct activities that may violate public peace or morality.
10. Do not send messages or conduct activities that violate intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, as well as privacy rights and other rights of outsiders.
11. Do not send messages or conduct activities that express violence or sexual content, including promoting discrimination, such as race, nationality, beliefs, gender, and social status.
12. Do not send messages or conduct activities that induce or promote suicide. 13. Do not send messages or carry out activities that are obscene,
pornographic, or sexually violent.
14. Do not send messages or carry out activities related to religious activities or invitations to join religious groups. 15.
Do not send messages or carry out activities that are fraudulent, opaque, or that seek improper benefits.
16. Do not send messages or carry out activities that incite, promote, incite, or encourage damage to individuals or the country.
17. Do not send messages or carry out activities that are threatening, deceptive, coercive, or that cause others to suffer.
Compliance with these requirements is an essential condition for proper and safe use of the Service.
Credit Terms and Payments
1. Membership registration: When a user signs up for the first time (main account), they must order a starter package according to their usage in order to use the THAIFASTSMS system. The company reserves the right to change, cancel, or refund once the user has completed the package order, for any reason.
2. Package ordering: Users can choose to purchase the desired package on the package ordering page on the website or through the specified channels only, such as Contact Us Page, E-mail, LINE Official ID: @thaifastsms, Facebook: Thaifastsms. If the user makes an order through other channels that are not announced on the THAIFASTSMS website, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages that may occur.
3. Child account: Child accounts created by the main account cannot order packages by themselves and must receive credit and usage rights from the main account only.
4. Deleting a child account: When a child account is deleted, the usage information and personal information of the child account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Any remaining credit will be returned to the main account. But it cannot be withdrawn or converted to money.
5. Impact of deleting the main account: If the main account is deleted for any reason, all usage data, personal information, payment information, child account information, and all remaining credits (both main and child accounts) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or exchanged for money in any case.
6. Awareness of account deletion: Users should be thoroughly aware of the impact of account deletion before proceeding with the actual deletion. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any damages resulting from account deletion in any case.
7. Price change: The company reserves the right to change the credit price, package price, or future promotions without prior notice.
8. Credit exchange: Credits in the main and child accounts cannot be exchanged for cash back in any case and cannot be used for any purpose other than using the THAIFASTSMS system
SENDER NAME (Sender Name) Requirements
The user agrees to the terms and conditions of registering for Sender Name.
1. In registering to use Sender Name, which is a trademark and/or intellectual property right of any person and/or juristic person not related to
the user, the user must attach a written consent from that person or juristic person to this document.
– Important government warning messages, such as disaster information or disease outbreak warnings
. – SMS OTP (One-time password) or financial movement information, such as ATM withdrawal or credit card swiping information, etc.
– Membership system Important information that must be notified to members, such as appointment date and time confirmation, accumulated points to redeem prizes, or point expiration notifications.
2. The user shall be responsible for the trademark and/or intellectual property rights of the Sender Name that it intends to use with the service provider in all respects.
3. The user agrees not to use the Sender Name in this document for any inappropriate, immoral, fraudulent, illegal purpose, or for any communication that is abusive, deceptive,
rude, obscene, threatening, or causes distress or annoyance to mobile phone users, and the user will not transfer this service to any person or juristic person.
Or will not lease/sub-use the said service to any person and will not use it to perform any fraudulent or illegal actions or perform any actions that reduce the efficiency of
the network’s operation. Otherwise, the company has the right to cancel the service immediately without notice.
4. The service user agrees not to cause or allow others to perform any actions that cause harassment, disturbance or inconvenience to the company’s customers or any other person by
any action, including using the network to provide undesirable data transmission or communication services without reasonable cause and without written consent from any person or juristic person involved.
5. The service user is aware and well aware that If the user does not comply with the terms and conditions specified in this document, it will cause damage to True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., and the user will be responsible for any damages.
6. Conditions for setting Sender Name include:
– No more than 11 characters long
– Consisting of az, AZ, 0-9, . (full stop), *, %, !, &, (, ), – (hyphen), :
– No spaces before or after
– English letters must be case-sensitive.
7. The user confirms that the information provided in this document is correct and true in all respects.
8. In sending short messages (SMS), including sending links (URLs) in short messages (SMS), the user is responsible for the short messages sent and must fully comply with all related measures stipulated by government agencies.
Violation of sending illegal SMS messages or failure to comply with relevant measures shall be considered a breach of the contract and the service provider agrees to immediately terminate the service to the service provider and will be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant laws.
8.1 Sender Name and URL must be registered before use
. • In the case of URLs that are the same domain and are of the Dynamic Link type with the same link format, such as a parcel status check link URL = https://status.postex.co.th/ID/xxx, please notify the registration only of the Domain Name = status.postex.co.th
8.2 The URL link attached to the message must be consistent with the content to be communicated only.
• Attached links must not lead to other platforms or websites. Unrelated to business
• Attached links must have a Landing page on their own Domain Name to inform the recipient in advance.
• Attached links must not contain content that is illegal, fraudulent, soliciting gambling, or obscene.
• It is prohibited to contain messages that specify a way to contact another person, such as adding Line.
8.3 Avoid using fraudulent URL links (Blacklist) such as bit.ly, cutt.ly, lin.ee, lihi.cc, qrco.de.
8.4 If you want to use a short URL link service that is a general website, such as bit.ly,
• It is recommended to use a URL shortening service that can specify an additional name to the URL link to identify the business owner and the sender’s name, for example bit.ly/3rsKP93 is yourbrnd.co/spring-sale.
8.5 URL links attached to messages must be verified before they can be sent to SMS messages.
In sending short messages (SMS), including sending links (URLs) in short messages (SMS), the service requestor is responsible for the short messages sent and must fully comply with all related measures stipulated by government agencies.
Violation of sending illegal SMS messages or failure to comply with relevant measures shall be deemed as a breach of the contract and the service provider agrees to immediately terminate the service to the service provider and will be prosecuted according to relevant laws
Responsibility requirements
The THAIFASTSMS team is committed to developing systems and technologies to provide the most stable and secure services. However, we cannot guarantee that the system will not have any defects or problems that may occur in the future, which may affect the service or damage users. Therefore:
1. No guarantee of completeness: We cannot guarantee that our content or system will be complete and secure from being attacked or hacked through security vulnerabilities or other defects that may occur.
2. No responsibility for damages: THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any losses, such as profits, revenue, data, or damages from direct or indirect impacts from using the service, including special damages, breach of contract, or punitive damages that may occur, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Responsibility for the system: We will not be responsible for any interruption or delay in providing the service, or any errors that may occur from defects or problems within our system.
By using the THAIFASTSMS service, the user agrees to these terms and understands that we will not be responsible for any damages that may occur from using the service
Copyright requirements
Software Usage Rights: THAIFASTSMS allows users to use the company’s software system as part of the service, where the company owns the copyright or related intellectual property rights, such as software, content, articles, images, videos, designs, source codes or other electronic data.
1. Prohibition on the Use of Intellectual Property: Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, modify, distribute, sell, transfer or lease any part of the THAIFASTSMS service or software, or create derivative works from the use of the company’s services.
2. Reverse Engineering: Users may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the THAIFASTSMS software unless permitted in writing by the company or if applicable law allows doing so
Copyright requirements
These terms and conditions of use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and any disputes related thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
