If you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions of use of the service, please stop accessing the website www.thaifastsms.com and refrain from using any online services under the website THAIFASTSMS.

Account Requirements

2. Account security
Users are responsible for keeping the account name and password confidential. The password should be highly secure, difficult to guess and not the same as the password used on other websites. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a stolen or hacked password, even if the user has notified us.
3. Account usage responsibility
Users are responsible for any activities or actions that occur through their main account, including child accounts created under the main account.
4. Personal account usage
All user accounts (both main and child accounts) belong to the account owner alone. They cannot be transferred or allowed to be used by outsiders.
5. Account suspension or deletion
THAIFASTSMS reserves the right to suspend or delete a user’s account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated or behaved in a manner that violates the terms and conditions.
6. Termination of service rights
When a user’s account is deleted or canceled, the right to use the service will immediately end. And the account cannot be recovered for any reason. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any damages that occur.
7. Voluntary account deletion
Users can cancel their own accounts if they no longer wish to use the service by contacting the customer support department (Admin) through all channels provided.

3. Do not send messages or conduct activities that are damaging to the country.
4. Do not send messages or conduct activities that are insulting to other people, groups of people, or outsiders.
5. Do not send messages or conduct activities that may cause distress or annoyance to the recipient or other people.
6. Do not send false messages that may cause damage to other people or the company.
7. Do not send forged messages, distort information, or cause misunderstanding.
8. Do not send messages or conduct any activities that are against the law.
9. Do not send messages or conduct activities that may violate public peace or morality.
10. Do not send messages or conduct activities that violate intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, as well as privacy rights and other rights of outsiders.
11. Do not send messages or conduct activities that express violence or sexual content, including promoting discrimination, such as race, nationality, beliefs, gender, and social status.
12. Do not send messages or conduct activities that induce or promote suicide. Self-harm, drug abuse, or anti-social behavior
13. Do not send messages or engage in activities that are obscene, pornographic, or sexually violent.
14. Do not send messages or engage in activities related to religious activities or invite people to join religious groups.
15. Do not send messages or engage in activities that are fraudulent, opaque, or seek improper benefits.
16. Do not send messages or engage in activities that incite, promote, provoke, or encourage damage to individuals or the country.
17. Do not send messages or engage in activities that are threatening, deceptive, coercive, or improper, causing others to suffer.
Compliance with these terms and conditions is an important condition for proper and safe use of the service.
Credit Terms and Payments
1. Subscription: When a user first registers (main account), they must order a starter package according to their usage in order to access the THAIFASTSMS system. The company reserves the right to change, cancel, or refund once the user has completed the package order, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Package order: Users can choose to purchase the desired package on the package order page on the website or through the specified channels only, such as the Contact Us page, email, LINE Official ID: @thaifastsms, Facebook: Thaifastsms. If the user orders through other channels that are not announced on the THAIFASTSMS website, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages that may occur.
3. Child account: Child accounts created by the main account cannot order packages by themselves and must receive credit and usage rights from the main account only.
4. Deleting a child account: When a child account is deleted, the child account’s usage data and personal information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The remaining credit will be returned to the main account. But cannot be withdrawn or converted to money.
5. Impact from deleting the main account: If the main account is deleted for any reason, all usage data, personal information, payment information, child account information, and remaining credits (both the main account and child account) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or exchanged for money in any case.
6. Awareness of account deletion: Users should be aware of the impact of account deletion carefully before proceeding with the actual deletion. THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any damages resulting from account deletion in any case.
7. Price changes: The company reserves the right to change the credit price, package price, or future promotions without prior notice.
8. Credit exchange: Credits in the main account and child account cannot be exchanged for cash back in any case and cannot be used for any purpose other than using the THAIFASTSMS system.
SENDER NAME (Sender Name) Requirements
1. Usage check: The company may check the usage of the sender name or if there is a complaint about any sender name that the company deems to be used in a wrong way or in violation of the terms of use, the company reserves the right to take action as it sees fit without prior notice to the user and is not responsible for any damages that may occur.
2. Sender name requirements:
o Number of characters not exceeding 11 characters
o Must be English letters (A-Z) or numbers (0-9) only, cannot be Thai or other languages.
o Do not have “spaces” in the sender name.
o Do not have special characters included in the sender name.
3. Use of whitelist sender names: Users must not send messages for marketing, promotion, disturbance or intentional disturbance or do not receive consent from the recipient’s number. If the user violates the regulations or there is a complaint from another person, the company reserves the right to suspend the sender name as it sees fit.
4. The company’s right to request the sender name: The company reserves the right to request the sender name according to the company’s rules and considerations only.
Responsibility requirements
The THAIFASTSMS team is committed to developing systems and technologies to provide the most stable and secure services. However, we cannot guarantee that the system will not have any defects or problems that may occur in the future, which may affect the service or cause damage to users. Therefore:
1. No guarantee of completeness: We cannot guarantee that our content or system will be complete and secure from being attacked or hacked through security vulnerabilities or other defects that may occur.
2. No responsibility for damages: THAIFASTSMS will not be responsible for any losses, such as profits, revenue, data, or damages from direct or indirect impacts from using the service, including special damages, breach of contract, or punitive damages that may occur, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Responsibility for the system: We will not be responsible for any interruption or delay in providing the service, or any errors that may occur from defects or problems within our system.
By using the THAIFASTSMS service, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms and understands that we will not be responsible for any damages that may occur from using the service.
User Responsibility Requirements
1. Responsibility for use: Users are responsible for using the THAIFASTSMS service and must bear the risk of actions arising from the use of their own account, including the consequences arising from using such service.
2. Responsibility for data entered: Users are responsible for data entered into the THAIFASTSMS system, such as text, letters, images, videos, or other data that may cause damage to others or violate the law, and must ensure that the content sent does not infringe the rights of others or cause trouble to others.
3. Responsibility for violating the law: If damage occurs or a lawsuit is filed against the company due to the violation of any law or regulations by the user, the user must compensate the company for damages as requested by the company, including expenses such as attorney’s fees.
4. Company investigation and action: The company reserves the right to investigate the content, information, or activities of the user and take action as it deems appropriate if the company finds that the user violates the terms or uses the service in an improper or illegal manner, without the company having to notify the user in advance and will not be responsible for correcting or preventing such violations.
Copyright requirements
Software Usage Rights: THAIFASTSMS allows users to use the company’s software system as part of the service, where the company owns the copyright or related intellectual property rights, such as software, content, articles, images, videos, designs, source codes or other electronic data.
1. Prohibition on the use of intellectual property: Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, modify, distribute, sell, transfer or lease any part of the THAIFASTSMS service or software, or create derivative works from the use of the company’s services.
